Demineralized Bone Matrix leads to comparable fusion rates and does not increase infection or seroma formation. recombinant human Bone Morphogenetic Protein–2 supplementation instead of ICBG or bone marrow aspirate results in higher fusion rates compared to autograft alone or autograft plus Demineralized Bone Matrix.
