Elmali N et al. – Biplanar retrotubercle medial open–wedge osteotomy and monoplanar medial open–wedge osteotomy are both clinically effective for the treatment for varus gonarthrosis. Retrotubercle osteotomy also prevents patella infera and tibial slope changes radiologically.
