During tibia IM nailing, it would be useful if the location we suggest is confirmed through C-arm first, taking caution against rotation of the lower limbs and the point through which the anatomical axis of the tibia passes the tibial plateau is measured to identify the relative location to the medial and lateral tibial spine and determine the insertion point.
