Shetty GM et al. – The results of this study demonstrate excellent pain relief and functional recovery with simultaneous bilateral computer–assisted TKAs comparable to unilateral TKAs. Patients eligible for bilateral TKAs can undergo them simultaneously without excessive pain or slower functional outcome.
