Range of motion limitation after rotator cuff repair
Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, 09/30/09
Namdari S et al. – Early postoperative limitation of motion after RCR is associated with restricted preoperative motion. Other factors, including diabetes mellitus and worker's compensation claim, are also associated with range of motion loss. Most shoulders with early motion loss recover motion and rarely require capsular release.
