Holthusen SM et al. – The authors report their experience with one patient who underwent conservative management with total contact casting that resulted in progressive midfoot collapse and os calcis stress fracture. The patient was treated with Achilles tendon lengthening. Subsequently, her os calcis fracture healed and there was notable improvement in the alignment of her arch.
