Hattori Y et al. – The authors present a case of a 15–year–old boy successfully treated with vascularized pedicled bone graft from the dorsal aspect of the distal radius. Avascular necrosis of the capitate is a rare disorder of unknown etiology that causes wrist pain and limitation of function.
