Update on distal radioulnar joint instability
Current Orthopaedic Practice , 07/28/09
Fitzgerald BT et al. – Despite continued research, distal radioulnar joint instability remains both a challenging condition to accurately diagnosis and a difficult problem to correct. If left untreated, it can lead to chronic instability and distal radioulnar joint arthrosis. Instability also may occur in combination with a distal radial fracture or malunion, and effective treatment requires recognition and correction of joint incongruity.
