Jawish R et al. - This technique allowed an accurate correction of the main angles of hallux valgus with different degrees of deformity and avoided the complications related to different types of osteotomies achieved along the first metatarsal. After a long follow-up, the authors demonstrated a durable result while 86% of patients proved excellent and good results according to the AOFAS score.
