Kim KC et al. - The transtendon suture-bridge technique is primarily indicated in concurrent articular- and bursal-side partial-thickness rotator cuff tears. Using a combination of the transtendon and suture-bridge techniques, the articular and bursal aspects of the footprint are restored while maintaining the remaining footprint of the rotator cuff.
