In Vivo Osteogenic Capability of Human Mesenchymal Cells Cultured on Hydroxyapatite and on Beta-Tricalcium Phosphate
Artificial Organs, 06/04/09
Matsushima A et al. - The results suggest that human MSCs cultured on ceramics could retain their osteogenic capability even after ectopic implantation and provide a rationale for the use of tissue-engineered constructs derived from a patient's MSCs and calcium phosphate ceramics in bone tissue regeneration.
