Bal BS et al. - The author describes a procedure derived from two-incision minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty in which both the femoral and acetabular components are implanted through one incision placed on the anterior thigh. Outcomes of this operation in terms of patient acceptance, reduced pain and disability, and rapid return to function make it ideal for routine primary THA.
