Retroperitoneal Lymphocele After Anterior Spinal Surgery
Spine, 08/28/08
Patel AA et al. - Retroperitoneal lymphocele is a rare complication after anterior lumbar interbody fusion. Diagnosis can be guided by serum and cyst fluid analysis. Although treatment options exist, surgical treatment may provide the most reliable results.
