Lan YQ et al. – Expression and activity of MMP–2 was enhanced by the IkB alpha siRNA in HCM cells through the activation of the NFkB signaling pathway. This results suggested that IkB alpha may therefore be a potential target for controlling the uveoscleral outflow pathway in glaucoma.
