Agarwal A et al. – The IOL is introduced through a limbal wound with a McPherson forceps, and both the IOL haptics are externalized under the scleral flap with a 25–gauge forceps. The haptic ends are tucked into intralamellar scleral tunnels made with a 22–gauge needle. The scleral flaps and the conjunctiva are closed with fibrin glue.
