Quaranta L et al. – Compression sutures are a widely used surgical procedure to treat over–filtration blebs associated with corneal dellen, bleb–related dysesthesia, and hypotony. In the current clinical case, a severe complication of compression sutures for the treatment of over–filtering conjunctival bleb following trabeculectomy is described.
