despite current opinions on the increasing releavance of MRI in the study of orbital pediatric pathology, CT is still considered in many centers the gold standard to depict intraocular calcifications. My article shows that combining ophthalmoscopic, ultrasonographic, and MR data, we are able to avoid potentially harmful radiation to detect intraocular calcifications (fundamental in the differential diagnosis between retinoblastoma and simulating lesions)
