Paraneoplastic optic neuropathy associated with Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma

Srikantha N et al. – Almost all of these associations have been with small cell carcinoma of the lung1–4. The authors report a previously unreported case of bilateral optic neuropathy which was found to be secondary to a Papillary renal cell carcinoma.
