Livaoglu M et al. - The authors report a case of intraorbital, pedicled osteoma originating from the left orbital roof. The patient's ophtalmological examination revealed; only light perception due to the severe amblyopia and posterior capsular opacification in the right eye, and complete visual acuity in the left. His left eye was proptotic and directed to downward lateral gaze position. Using upper blepharoplasty incision, the osteoma was completely excised.
