Bengtzen A et al. - The patient was a 13-year-old girl with a history, to date, of 10 separate facial lesions, manifesting over the course of 7 years, and confirmed by histopathology as pilomatrixoma. The presence of multiple pilomatrixoma in a patient raises the suspicion of Turner syndrome.
