Spectral domain OCT and autofluorescence imaging of unilateral acute idiopathic maculopathy
European Journal of Ophthalmology, 04/16/2012
Milani P et al. – Comprehensive evaluation of unilateral acute idiopathic maculopathy by autofluorescence, fluorescein angiography, indocyanine green, and spectral domain optical coherence tomography disclosed involvement of retinal pigment epithelium, the neuroretina, and the choroid in the pathogenesis of the disease. Despite functional recovery, choroidal rather than retinal alteration could persist.
