Late capsular block syndrome presenting with posterior capsule opacification
Journal of Cataract & Refractive Surgery, 04/16/2012
Pinarci EY et al. – Neodymium:YAG laser capsulotomy in patients with posterior capsule opacification (PCO) associated with late capsular block syndrome increased visual acuity without a significant change in refraction or intraocular pressure. Capsular block syndrome may be asymptomatic and remain undiagnosed for a long time after cataract surgery before PCO develops.
