Serum Enterolactone and Prognosis of Postmenopausal Breast Cancer

Buck K et al. – The highest quartile of serum enterolactone was associated with a significantly reduced risk of death only for estrogen receptor–negative tumors but not for estrogen receptor–positive tumors. Postmenopausal patients with breast cancer who have high serum enterolactone levels may have better survival.
