Castillo JJ et al. – The prognosis of Plasmablastic lymphoma (PBL) in HIV–infected individuals remains poor in the highly active antiretroviral therapy era. Intensive chemotherapy regimens do not seem to increase survival in patients with HIV–associated PBL.
