Guo F et al. – To the authors knowledge, this is the largest report of four uncommon intracranial metastases from RCC in Chinese patients. Intracranial metastasis from renal cell carcinoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of intracranial tumor because of the high risk of bleeding and poor prognosis.
