Patients with OPM from breast cancer show a favorable prognosis after tumor debulking, whether it was radical or not, especially when a high expression of Estrogen receptors (ER)and progesterone receptors (PgR) is present in both primary tumor (PT) and ovarian/pelvic metastases (OPM).
