Crown–rump length (CRL) and nuchal translucency measurements were not affected by in vitro fertilization procedures or the presence of maternal PCOS. Use of ART decreased PAPP–A and increased free b–hCG levels. Although not significant, PAPP–A was higher in PCOS patients who conceived with ART, which may in turn increase false negative rates in these cases.
