Martinez J et al. – A 31–year–old patient with spontaneous bilateral tubal pregnancy was admitted after light vaginal bleeding, 42 days after her last menstruation. Ultrasonography showed a bilateral tubal ectopic pregnancy. A bilateral laparoscopic salpingectomy was performed without complication and the pathology report confirmed the diagnosis. This is an unusual case of early diagnosis.
