Duhan N et al. – The Mayer–Rokitansky–Kuster–Hauser syndrome is a very rare, complex association of Mullerian, renal tract, and cervicothoracic somite anomalies. A case of a 16–year–old girl with these problems and a peculiar hourglass uterine collection is presented in this article, and the embryology and management are discussed.
