Wormuth D et al. – BMLs are a rare sequelae of uterine leiomyomata, the etiology of which has not been definitively elucidated. The diagnosis should be considered when a patient presents with multiple pulmonary nodules following or concurrently with hysterectomy or myomectomy for leiomyomas.
