Muanda F et al. – Quantitative and qualitative analysis of polyphenolics contained in plants extracts were carried out by RP–C18 RP–HPLC using UV detector. The antioxidant activity was determined by three tests. They are phosphomolybdenum, DPPH and ABTS tests.
