Hwu YM et al. – The authors found that LH significantly increased PDGF–D messenger RNA (mRNA) expression but suppressed PDGF–B and PDGF–C mRNA in human granulosa–luteal cells, and FSH also increases PDGF–D gene expression, but to a lesser extent.
