Limone A et al. – Benign cystic peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare tumor and most commonly occurs in women in the reproductive age group. It is very rare in women of postmenopausal age. The authors present a rare case of a postmenopausal woman with benign peritoneal cystic mesothelioma removed at laparoscopy.
