Madhuri TK et al. – Primary fallopian tube carcinoma (PFTC) is an uncommon malignancy of the female genital tract. Rationale for treatment of PFTC is similar to epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) due to pathological similarities and pattern of disease spread. Surgical cytoreduction of advanced stage or large volume disease has been by laparotomy and debulking.
