Ledger WL - Laparoscopic surgery has become the mainstay of surgical management of many benign and some malignant gynaecological conditions. Safety is of the highest priority in any surgical procedure and the next generation of laparoscopic surgeons require both practical and theoretical training in order to maximise surgical success and minimise complications.
