Williams J et al. - A 35-year-old woman with type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, infertility, oligomenorrhea, and morbid obesity, conceived spontaneously while taking multiple medications, including exenatide. In this case, there were no congenital malformations or other adverse outcomes of pregnancy after exposure to exenatide through the first trimester.
