• A significant dose trend was observed for with those carrying 3 or more at-risk alleles compared with those having none
• Carriage of 3 or more high-risk alleles in the highest tertile of iron intake or among users of supplemental iron resulted in a greater than 2-fold increased risk compared with women with no high-risk alleles
