Impact of Health Education on Utilization of Cervical Cancer Screening Services among Females Working in Secondary Schools in Doha Middle East Journal of Family Medicine, 05/16/2012
Thani ALA et al. – The study concluded that; studied female teachers have a major deficiency in knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding cervical cancer and its early detection. The educational program improved their knowledge only, but most women were willing to take the test. The main barriers were cancer phobias and embarrassment.
