Jackson BL et al. – These preliminary, non–randomised data suggest that intravesical botulinum toxin injection may be efficacious in patients with overactive bladder syndrome (OAB) symptoms without detrusor overactivity (DOA). Further evaluation by means of a randomised, controlled trial is suggested.
