Stienen MN et al. – Terson syndrome is likely to occur in severe aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage (aSAH) with poor admission scores and indicates a worse functional outcome. An ophthalmological examination is strongly recommended in aSAH patients with poor admission scores.
