Job autonomy, its predispositions and its relation to work outcomes in community health centers in Taiwan

Lin BYJ et al. – In addition, job autonomy was related to employees’ higher education levels, medical profession, permanent employment and serving smaller populations. Moreover, employees’ age, educational levels, medical profession and employment status were found to be related to their work satisfaction, intent to transfer and intent to leave.
