Unilateral Chronic Daily Headache in Children
Headache: The Journal of Head and Face Pain, 06/05/09
Ji T et al. - Unilateral chronic daily headache occurs in approximately 2% of adult patients, and often represents a trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia. The authors now describe the characteristics of 23 children who presented with a persistently unilateral chronic daily headache. The clinical features of our patients' headaches were primarily migrainous; however, the diagnosis of a trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia or a secondary headache disorder was frequently made.
