Western countries have been utilizing International Nurses for health care support for many decades and increasingly so at current times. The findings in this study highlight the necessity of ensuring smooth adjustment for these nurses to assist in subsequent success of a diverse health care system. Development and testing of an evidence-based program that can enhance adjustment of International Nurses can potentially contribute greatly to improved patient care.
