Sheth, Ankur MD, MPH, et al. - Eosinophilic gastroenteritis (EG) is a rare gastrointestinal disorder of undetermined etiology and is manifest by eosinophilic infiltration of any area of gastrointestinal tract, most frequently stomach and small intestine.
