Long-term mycophenolate mofetil treatment in pediatric renal transplant patients

Roberts JP et al. – Long–term treatment with MMF was effective in preventing rejection and provided excellent patient and graft survival. Mycophenolate mofetil was well tolerated and had a safety profile consistent with that in adult renal allograft recipients.
