Lakshmi KB et al. – This research enables health departments to know which aspects of their communication strategies to highlight in order to get health personnel and other service providers to adopt information technology (IT). Perceived ease of use and IT application has a significant influence on health personnel's willingness to adopt HIT. This shows that health information and adoption by health personnel are key tools in the increase of future HIT. It is also recommended that health directors target some of their health campaigns to the more innovative beneficiaries.
