Patterns of alternative tobacco use among adolescent cigarette smokers
Drug and Alcohol Dependence, 06/21/2012
Nasim A et al. – Study findings are consistent with previous work demonstrating demographic and psychosocial differences between cigarette smokers based on their alternative tobacco use. The six latent classes identified highlight the importance of including measures of alternative tobacco use when characterizing adolescent cigarette smokers as well as recognizing and tailoring interventions toward these different groups of tobacco users.
