Seront E et al. – Everolimus showed clinical activity in advanced transitional carcinoma cell (TCC). The profile of the plasma angiogenesis–related proteins suggested a role of the everolimus antiangiogenic properties in disease control. PTEN loss might be associated with everolimus resistance.
