Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology,

Anunciato TP et al. – The best–known antioxidants are carotenoids (beta–carotene, lycopene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and astaxanthin) and polyphenols (anthocyanidins, catechins, flavonoids, tannins, and procyanidins).
