We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for a Rural Health position in central Minnesota. Will consider an experienced provider only. No new graduates. Duties will consist of rotating between 4 different clinics within close proximity. Schedule will be M-F, 8a - 5p (one day per week 8a- 8p). 1 in 5 Saturdays (for ½ day). Moderate patient volume. High autonomy. Salary will be a base of $82-94k and an annual bonus of $10-13k for a total comp up to $107k. Comprehensive benefit package includes 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. Additionally: This position offers guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $60k.
